When people working based on commission are happy to resign then they haven't had much sold. When working based on commission one has to be eager to sell as much as possible, that's the motivator. Wouldn't be surprised if those previously worked for a salary rather than commission, would fit with the old's board attitude.

But to give you some verbal ammunition, the next 4C should give us some indication that some of the leads can / will be converted. If there is not an even smallest indication then you can to drop your verbal nuclear bombs at all pro new board posters.

3 more weeks of possible tax selling, then another 4 weeks to the next 4C. Let's see what the sp will be then.
