This land is STOLEN not 'disputed'. See how quick these people are with selling blocks of land in Gaza. They've been auctioning Gazan blocks already in the States and Canada a few weeks ago. Are you gonna call it 'disputed' as well?
You need to educate yourself regarding Palestinian construction being illegal. Can't give you links, you'll have to find them yourself - plenty there - you'll find them in no time.
This is how it works: Palestinians live in some location. They've been there for many years. They have homes, sheep, chicken, goates, olive trees and so forth. One day, some Israeli schmuck delcares this land as 'military zone' and these Palestinian people are given a notice to live. Simple as that. So they live, oftentimes watching how bulldozers are demolishing whatever they've worked all their lives.
So now they have nowhere to go. But they do have kids and animals and, simply, need to live somewhere. So they move someplace else. They are building a roof over their families' heads - they have to live somewhere.
At the same time they apply for building permit. They do know that they will never get the building permit because they live in a Jew-run appartheid state. Some years later, the Jews are telling them to go away.
I have no time to guide you by the hand - you've been here in those threads long enough to know it what I've just told you. One more thing. Israel, being an appartheid genocidal state, releases many thousands of building permits for Jews everywhere. Can't remember the stats but it was something like well over 100,000 building permits approved for the Jews and, during the same time, only a few building permits approved for Palestinians.
Talking about Israel and democracy.... These two words should not be in the same sentence.
