So why not use any shareholders as collateral to prop up their future aspirations if they can spin it???

Couple of things they did not do, issue shares in Mali like A11 in Ghana to get more Mali stakeholder buy-in.

Gangfeng and the Mali government are not out of the woods on this because it is not as if they have a have.a have a monopoly on guaranteed future revenue streams because it a market of forces a lot is not guaranteed
