The FBI didn't get the laptop until 6 months after it was dropped off, the contents of the HDD were being sold in Ukraine before the FBI got custody.

The laptop is real, the contents has been tainted, so anything claimed to be from the laptop needs to be independently verified by a credible source.
Any smoking guns would have already been used by Comer, but all we get is the "Biden Crime Family" as a way to cast a vague wide net to try to imply Joe was involved in some nefarious scheme.
The HDD copies have been in circulation for 5 years, surely that has been sufficient time to nail down something specific, but we are still waiting.
