Ann: Update - Notification of buy-back - KRR, page-55

I don't understand, on one hand the management is pushing through the drilling and on the other hand they are queuing at 0.008 to buyback around 25 million shares..

The messaging is very confusing.

You can't want the SP to go up and also queue at 0.008 hoping to buy back shares at that price..

And with all the drilling in the pipeline, what makes the mgmt think they can get 25 million shares at 0.008 and who will dump those many shares at that price? Surely it can't be pre tax sell. It can't be this late and specially after the announcement about the 10,000 meters of drilling by October.

Does anyone know?

Are the buybacks audited/reviewed by ASIC? does ASIC monitor and query the transactions?
