If, as some such as Mode suggest, DB cannot legally progress PEP 11 until Mr Ed makes a decision, we should pursue a different course…I would suggest we start the process of building a Clean Hydrogen Plant in the NT to use the gas we have there to produce Carbon Black and Hydrogen. This assumes DB is convinced of the commercial viability of the Clean Hydrogen Technology.
BPH can have a capital raise later , if needed, for taking legal action over PEP 11.
I believe SH are frustrated because DB appears to be doing nothing and just biding his time.
I also think it’s time we had an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to discuss the present situation in the Company and what the future direction should be. Interested in your thoughts.
