Hi All,
I have been keeping an eye on tis company for quite a while now-ever since it started flying from a buck or 2. However, this morning I just noticed that it has a market cap of 2 billion dollars. To put this into perspective, Illumina (which I own) which is the dominating world leader in gene sequencing technology, making huge profits, trading on the Nasdaq, only has a 6 billion market cap.
My question is, why does EXT have such a big market cap? They have a huge price to book ratio and are not slated to make any money as far as the eye can see (at least till 2013 according to Commsec research).
Obviously something huge must be in the works, other than owning some nice uranium properties. Can someone enlighten me? Seriously..this post is not intended as a bash on the stock. I would really like to know what the analysts are seeing here.
Thanks
G
