Did he say they will use legal means to chase it? I think you guys put too much weight on that. If he announces he received the $ 500k do you really believe the sp goes instantly back to 2c or falls to 0.1c if announced it won't be paid?
Once the sales numbers suggest that CF+ is likely to be reported by Jan '25 or Apr' 25 raising would be either not needed or at a much higher sp.
