    Price will probably drop back to open in the afternoon session.
    It's a gift, being a pessimist.
    In todays money you are paying three cents (1.5 plus 1.5 cents), for your option with converting.

    The share is (at this minute), .022 cents by $3000 worth is 136,363 shares
    The option, with converting is.03 cents by $3000 worth is 100,000 shares.

    I am not always right, but I am never wrong. (joke).
