    Correct bottomfeeder1 re market manipulation.Manipulate the price (lower) than make another bid at perhaps than the 84c. My only hope is that who is left on the register will not capitulate.
    Question to anybody :If a major shareholder gets to 90% outside a take-over offer, can compulsory acquisition be triggered, or is it only when that shareholding reached via a take-over?
