You think they are “counting their loss”..?
What do you think the sp would be, btw, if they accumulated 50 million shares on market..?

LOL you clearly don’t understand the basics of the JV agreement - it was set up as a Joint Venture between AGY and Pablo+Menendez, with Pablo to run it…. That was the deal afaik. You think it’s going to change? You think he’ll “step aside”..?
You think someone else can just waltz in and magically solve everything? Why? how? WHO?

And as for “plan B”; was it you suggesting that entails getting a third party to process the brine?
