I think the company is challenging the govt regarding introducing a new tax on toll road operators. Result is expected in Sept. The challenge centres around changing the ground rules on how the company is taxed or will be taxed by the state. Will a new govt be tougher on toll road operators and be higher taxing or more socialist leaning. I read this to mean that a changing govt will be less accommodating to business. I have always thought that they will win their case against the govt. but recent political events in EU has spooked shareholders.
