I already posted a note about those options conversions at 7.2c. It was on 25 Nov 2020. It was an easy decision for them because the options were in the money (SP was about 20c). At that time of course, cinnebon was stating big pledges, "offtakes before christmas", which we now never happened. Then a couple of months later, they were selling 13 million shares at 30c each. The whole thing was a money making exercise for the BOD, and it was utterly disgraceful. A straight forward pump and dump.
