Just an idea I had, you always see the shitty spec stocks doing this but we have some real tangible value unlike them. I don't know the first thing about marketing so woulden't know where to start but I would guess getting US capital markets interested should be a priority since they are hungry for this sort of thing.

The big Funds Know about ARL already and are not investing in it for their own reasons.. Those reasons maybe as simple as time-frame to production, or they may be waiting on the CAPEX funding to be announced as the current state of play doesn't fit their risk parameters. maybe something else entirely

Tax Season and declining Ni prices are a large part of it IMO
