Please know LiveTiles Limited (Receivers and Managers Appointed) (‘LiveTiles’) does not form part of the sale to Omnia and remains in Receivership. Accordingly, there is no direct impact on shareholders i.e. the shares of LiveTiles were not purchased.

The Receivers and Managers are bound by confidentiality so may only report on terms of the transaction as required by law.
