As far as I am aware, the "Betadine Cold Defence Nasal Spray", which is sold in several SE Asian countries, is not available in Australia. Moreover, despite the name, which is rather deceptive IMO, it does not contain povidone-iodine (or any other form of iodine). Instead it contains a seaweed extract called carrageenan (Carregulose) and is claimed to act as a barrier nasal spray. In Australia, the same product was sold as "Mundicare Cold Defence Nasal Spray", but it appears to have been taken off the market some time ago.
