A few of the builders I know have had a gutfull of the green, black, red tapes that engulf the contruction industry. The average price of a house has gone up about 30-40K thanks to a new Building Construction Code since late last year thanks to some ridiculous ''upgrades'' introduced by state governments.
These ''upgrades'' have not only made house more expensive but alos made them longer to build - just when you have an extra million migrants coming in every year under the current ALP federal rabble.
Look up what lower supply and increased demand do to a price.
If you are not ALP (cough cough) then you shouldn't have a problem calling them out for the useless cretins they are
