I will refuse to believe that a person/company who are in this this predicament - and one that has eventuated after a court order - does not have ‘plans’ in place to move this forward at the right time.
and I believe that the right time is coming fast - BPHOB - will dictate what needs to be done because it will be a complete loss to all involved - including the comapny as it will LOSE 3cents per BPHOB conversion (is that 500M???? x $0.03 = $15M).
So I say to the Govts - THEY are the sole reason for any such loss to the company and to all of us. They should be made to pay bigly if this happens.
Lets hope they come to their senses and make their decision for the benefit of EVERYONE involved with PEP11.
