I would agree with you, but retail seems to be completely unaware this even exists or just can't seem to grasp the finer technical details. So there's barely any hype from that end either because if they actually understood the value proposition I could see quite a few retail investors being excited.
I think a big part of it is explaining things in layman's terms for people. ARL is a big rabbit hole with many tenements and angles to look at outside of this current deal with the Japanese. Deep value here.
