T, I don't believe that lack of faith in the tech is holding the s/p back at all. For mine, it's all about the permits, and permission to go ahead, and do ur shit. If, and once that happens, then it's game on. Until it does, where at the mercy of the market, and shorters. Until we clear these hurdles in the USA, we're fairly regarded as a high risk stock.
