    ^ I don't know, I really don't - I bought into the whole Symphony thing when Ben had it at all singing just fine at Facilitate Digital - believing it would/could? scale- thinking the whole idea of the software was to remove all these costs - you know linking brands with agencies etc directly.
    No need for back office or people, heck even "OS branches"... just use the software...
    I thought that was the whole idea.

    All was going well at Facilitate Digital, then after the "merger" it has all gone down hill. Certainly that's what's happened to my capital investment in the whole IP/idea as a shareholder.
    Shareholders have never been made aware just what has gone so terribly wrong? Why it hasn't scaled like any other software like this should....
    And why these ongoing costs to roll out the product and make it stick? (Even though the so called "cost cutting")
    Facilitate Digital was like a decade ago?
    What can you do as a shareholder? (other than trust management) to execute...?
    I have zero idea why the whole concept hasn't seemed to scale without costs?.. and have no idea if it can be turned around.
    I am as clueless as any other shareholder..
    I'd love it if some other shareholder could give me an idea of the issues and problems and a persepective if it can be turned around.
