Yes mcappa-I've twice before posted that any continued restriction should/would/could be challenged in the High Court.
Stu can't come out and threaten that-he'd sound too much like Clive Palmer- but Roger Cook must be made aware of what will happen.
Its not like Gina can't fund that case.
