Oh yes, I see. But why extend if they've decided to proceed, especially if you are paying an extra $4 million for that additional time. Executing the option earlier has distinct advantages, too, in terms of solidifying the path forward for off-take negotiations. External investors want certainty.
The "flow through capital raising" also has me intrigued.
