It is interesting -- if Mexico agrees to host Russian weapons there is not much the US can do about it except invade. If Venezuela agrees to host Russian nukes then Houston has another problem .
Cuba could elect to host either or both too , it would give Russia some leverage .
Hopefully Russia will agree to deploy their best stuff in Syria within range of all of Israel .
It would be great to see Israel get some of what they give
