is the 3 months a hard and fast date - that cannot be altered or is it a date decided by BOD and Lead Manager - that can be altered?
If the 3 months is it, then that indicates BOD expecting better times and if the later scenario, then again, better times since have not been placed yet.
Give it a couple of trading days before adding substance to this I reckon
