Absolutely wrong. It is only activist that opened eye of sleeping shareholders who never thought that it is time this management either be removed or they start paying.
it is still the management who is so arrogant instead of declaring dividend talks about nonsense of dividend framework like they need to buy some high level AI cheap from NVIDIA to prepare that strategy and then only if strategy meets then pay any dividend.
On top of that it is the management who rushed to issue 10.5% interest debt without need to do it (I will repeat this million time) and today we got the clear message from FED in US that they will reduce one interest rate this calendar year so who is loosing money? Not the board as they get paid bonus plus wages, not the insto who get regular six monthly 10.5% interest (out of our pocket) but only shareholder who lost it here
so you better wake-up before it is too late !
