They would have to offer 7.5 cents minimum to get NTEC to sell and they own 10% . So that is first bid but they might buy on market up to 19.9% and scoop up millions before they show there hand. AZL has 2 massive LCE projects in Nth America with enviromental approvals and 50 year mine lifes and its market cap is 100 million. Surely bigger fish wanting exposure to Lithium are looking us over. cheers
