at this point. i think the company needs to provide whatever detail they can about the case, even if it is just an honest (haha) summary of what's played out so far and is already in the public realm. they would almost be better off at this point playing the low expectations card, because already there is too much hope on a positive outcome that a loss or dismissal would ruin us.. this raise should be independent of the court case, and the fact it remains such an elephant in the room just adds another unknown to this raise. perhaps it's what they or beavis wants, for no one to participate? as always who bloody knows with these guys.
