Under the Plan, Eligible Shareholders are entitled to purchase up to $15,000 worth of new shares, irrespective of the number of shares they currently hold.

The issue price of the new shares has been set at $0.058 per share. Eligible Shareholders may apply for one of five different parcels of shares as set out below:
