The Millionaire factory doesn't usually end up on the wrong side of a deal .
Mereenie is not a spectacular asset but it has a longer life than HZN's other assets and that means employment in those low stress non operator management jobs have a longer life too .
This may just be the beginning of some similar deals as risk capital is at a premium in this unloved sector .
I am not saying it is a bad deal but self interest is a potent motivator .
