CE states permitting won’t start until PEA, and it’s a 3 year timeframe for permitting (which no one has achieved he goes on to say) but he’s hoping they can meet that timeframe.
So that brings you to 2028. So one would assume production slated for 2029/2030.
It’s not hard to understand, it’s reflected in the current valuation to peers. Too much fart sniffing going on in here.
