A number of years ago I bought shares in Chalice - it looked like the mine in Eritrea was going to be a solid operation, and then they sold it. Most of my shares had been purchased at the 10-12c price. Then they drilled Julimar(?) and had one heck of a long hit 100m(?) all shiny with metal sulphides. Share price started motoring - taking the odd pause and dip, but generally kept going to $10. I sold at between $1-2. And am still a bit irritated.
Move forward to AW1 - really looking forward to them drilling the deeps. Maybe another ridiculously long core sample showing metal values all the way.
That would be fantastic. And these things do happen. So fingers crossed for all patient holders and a great exploration season this year.
