I really amuses me that evs seem to appeal to three types in particular, accountants financiers and politicians.
It suites those types because even if they don't work they can either subsidize them with someone elses hard earned money, or, call them by another name an put them on the other side of the ledger.
Those types are purely emotional manipulators with not one engineering brain cell in their body.
You never hear them engage in a (sensible) discussion re energy density or EROEI, period....yet they feel the need to convince everyone else how right they are.
Common sense and every entrepreneurial qualification in the land will tell you that good products are simple and sell themselves. evs are neither, by any stretch of the imagination.
Who in their right mind would buy a vehicle which consumes fuel sitting in a shed ffs
If they want to make love to an ev why dont they just buy one an shut the f##k up. Space cadets one and all.
I dont want my taxes frittered away on emotional claptrap.
