The council approval is everything but a "minor link" in a huge chain. For people willing to take a position in this stock with a market cap>120m will need to know the process is closed loop and scalable as this provides the model for rollout.

It is possibly the most important link in a huge chain as it is ultimatley the foundation of next years 7.5m NPAT is forecasted on.

It is also important because it is another box ticked. As they continue to tick these the share price will find higher floors and the sentiment will ebb and flow as always, but with a complete plant running, it is only a matter of time for contracts to roll in.

It also becomes a very big takeover play. But until it is fully operational all of our assumptions are just those.

In my opinion it is anything but Minor.
