Huh - are you serious ... ? You need to learn a bit about economics ... the reserve bank responds to economic conditions - they don't make them ... c'mon !!!!!!!!!!
Also, for anyone who has no borrowings and is sitting on cash in the bank or on any floating rate instrument - it is a nice thing !
