A lot rests on CF33 in my view, especially given recent indications, from one of the doctors involved in development, of azercel having question marks due to toxicity. And cf33 not producing any further objective responses in the last update. If, and its a big if, cf33 does struggle for efficacy in humans (I don't know whether it is or isn't) I suspect the house of cards may tumble. In reality it is amazing that it is impacting a wide range of solid tumors, but it needs to be commercially attractive to Pharma, which generally means better than SoC in one of the existing lines for a specific cancer. I'm not counting on a lateral assessment of commercial merit (ie using it to boost treatments across the board), as the trials required for that for marginal gain seem harder to justify.

The next cf33 update should inform better. If mgmt are slow at updating, or acquire something else in the meantime, I will take that as a potential sign of a death knell for cf33. If any potentail update produces further multiple objective responses, its game on.

Happy to hear reasoned arguments for cf33 be world beating, but its well beyond time to demonstrate the science now and any plausible commercial value to justify previous massive salary hikes and free dilutive options.
