Stop believing the story that the shorts are behind the action. that is the major theme of the rampers.
The sp is what it is because that is what the market is pricing the risk / action atm. bulls can very easily swamp the shorters if the story can be sold.
You are not within the inner circle. who knows, a handshake deal may already be in place where this is privatised in cents in the dollar. private money funds the research and development. socialise the loses and privatise the profits. it wont be the first time.
and the insiders make money all the way down to 0.
