Raising at a premium feels good mate, it minimises dilution. Particularly when it tops the kitty up to ~$60m and there's a tangible, value adding use for those funds, including further drilling to the SW (after recent spectacular hits) to expand the resource even further (it's already the largest indicated resource in North America), and funds to facilitate C&M of the Renard Mine while a billion dollar acquisition occurs for cents on the dollar. It's not the first CR, and it won't be the last, that's the nature of being an explorer/developer.
WR1 will do at least one more cap raise before the end of the year, just like AGY will. The difference is that WR1 will be adding tangible valuable through another MRE upgrade in Q4, 2 x PEAs in Q3, and a PFS in Q1.
Meanwhile, AGY will be cap raising again just to keep Pablo's family and friends fed.
