So the underwriters are the proud new owners of 113,200,023 shares from a total issue of 137,065,554 shares. 82.6% of the offer fell through to the underwriters.
'Success' in terms of the company still gets it's money (which is the important thing), not so much of a 'success' in terms of the getting the offer away.
