- EVs require less people to build them.
- Ford to focus more on Hybrids. Safely assume Hybrids required the same amount of labour as ICE.
- The Valencia Assembly plant produces the Ford Kuga, which comes in many ICE engine variants. Pure ICE, Hybrid and Plug-in Hybrid.
- Ford is cutting jobs.
That implies to me there is a down turn in new vehicles being purchased not a representation of people rejecting leftard EVs.
