If PLS has a market cap of $10 billion and $1.7 billion in cash then for every dollar that you put into PLS you are only getting 17c of cash.
I would rather put my money into a term deposit. That way I will have 100c in cash for every dollar that I put in. That's a much better deal than only 17c.
