What is on the website, is a graphic, and there is no announcement that you would expect. It's not particularly clear that it is that company, but very much indicative that it is, by an accidental slip of information by sharing a screenshot. Do you truly believe that this is what they intended when they said "we can and will disclose that information"? Be honest with yourself. You're right, that it should be approved, but be honest, do you think it was intentional to disclose it in this way? We've all made mistakes. No point getting Connexion into trouble and ruining a negotiation process over it. Particularly if you're a shareholder.

If I'm wrong, and this is their way of disclosing it, then I'm disappointed with a terrible communication process to investors and I'll sell all my holding accordingly.
