Amigo, 1 koz is a short way of saying 1,000 ounces of gold. So Lewis Ponds has a JORC resource of 398 koz = 398,000 ounces of gold. The company did some metallurgy on the ore, and from memory it was good enough to recover most of the gold and other metals. But I'll leave you to search for an announcement about that. I spoke to the previous Manager of GRL a long time ago when the shareprice was about 30 cents and the company had more about $5 million in cash and only 60 million shares on issue (my recall). His plan, as I understand it, was to mine to a certain depth (200 or 300m) then carry out drilling programs from that deeper platform to find out where and what was beyond. We would be better off, getting together to set up a new IPO, then buying Lewis Ponds and pushing on to mine. I'm signing off now, because it is so frustrating to recall what could have been.
