Ate you suggesting that it makes more sense to wait until current conditions are better before starting to build JB? Why?
The current plan wouldn’t even see it built until 2026. Then it’s still got to commission and ramp.
The time to build it is NOW imo, considering the lag involved, let alone unforeseen issues and hiccups along the way.
Who wants to wait til everything is rosy and THEN start a build that takes 2-3 years for significant revenue to flow…?
Imo it would only be “too risky” to start building now IF there was a reasonable expectation that pricing etc was only going to get worse over the next circa 4-6 years.
