Why does no one look at the over supply issue in here. To many with the heads in the sand I feel. Its a perfect storm going on and I am in hold mode as are my followers before we pull the trigger.
This time of the year many dump stock for tax losses and its just not this stock. Go add over supply and the spod price falling then the shorters come out o play to cause panic and kaos and its working.
Like I have been saying for several days now its likely to go sub $3. All I get is flames but truth weights out over what trolls say in here.
They keep posting graphs showing an upwards trends from 5 years ago but its been on the decline since July of 2022. No one seems to want to post that graph or the graph only in the last year when its gone from over $5 to where it is now.
The only good news is I suspect PLS will have a higher profit from April from June and that data will likely come out around August and that is when we see a bounce. We may see a bounce before the if the shares get below $3 where its bargain hunter time.
The PLS shares are still a good buy now as I see the stock over $4 again after we see the profits up from the previous quarter when the ore price was far lower.
Profits for the final half will be higher too but profits for the last financial year will be down badly and if he ore price hasn't moved upward then this stock will fall again.
Next 2 to 5 years the stock is stuck and they'll need to get costs down to $250US/T or lower and have a target of 7 million tonnes a year before we see bigger dividends or any for that matter.
PLS plans to get to 1 million tonnes but that isn't high enough to get massive profits. I doubt we'll ever see spod at $2000US/T again. Simply to many new mines and mine expansions going on creating a large over supply issue.
