I am a holder of both, RR1 for over a year and SUM a few months ago. I bought into RR1 on the Nb play and watched it fall after it found nothing but dust in its Lithium drilling. Thankfully it found a way to fund the chase of Nb. SUM is a very different beast altogether. They both have Pro's and Con's.
In the end all that matters is whether the stock goes up on results or a pump, you sell the stock for more than you bought it for.
