One swallow does not make a summer, but the mined rate for this quarter makes for between 88,000 and 100,000 oz annually if ALK can keep to that rate. They did not announce Roswell Production ore until 22 April, so it may be possible to achieve the higher rate.

Nic mentioned in the Crux interview that they had installed an Ore Pass, which allows them to mine multiple levels at once, with what sounds like a chute from top level of pass, through potentially multiple levels to a loader at the bottom which collects and send to mill. Produces greater efficiency as the higher levels are not required to pause removing ore face rock in order to load vehicles.




I did a quick spreadsheet of their production and AISC for the first nine months, resulting in (provided I have no errors) $2249 year to date AISC.
With the announced fourth quarter production of 15,000 to 18,000 oz, it looks possible for the full year AISC to come in below the first nine months.


I am guessing there is a lot of energy going into producing the five year plan, with checking and double checking - at least that is how I would be approaching the impending announcement. A lot of retail investors ready to buy - or sell based on what the announcement is.
