i hope the indians have been invited to participate or they will be jacked off after putting up 10 mil at 57c not long ago.if i read it right this spur line will cost around 100 mil to build so another 70-80 mil needed.should of just built a conveyor to the main line or upgraded the road they are worried about.anyway,may as well get it built and be done with it.i dont think they were exspecting this from the enviromental police.
