There are plenty of countries with no income tax..... does not exist. Qatar as example is one, they do it because they export a lot of gas, enough that it makes enough money that they can pay for better services than we have and ZERO INCOME TAX.
Now stop and thing about this...... WE EXPORT MORE GAS THAN QATAR !!!!!!! Not to mention all our other abundant resources.
