I sold out of this one some time ago, which is fortuitous. I have been somewhat bemused watching from the sidelines as BM (whom I respected) and possibly others continued to earn significant salary whilst VRX has been relatively inactive for a couple of years whilst it waits for environmental approvals etc.

BM's salary has now been halved to $170k plus super - not bad for a fella doing not much I rarely complain re salaries (normally I'm the poster defending management), however I do feel in VRX's case that shareholders' have been taken advantage of.
